Great item August 31, 2010 Amro Altahlawi This is really a great item to have. the material quality, size and every detail is perfect. one thing you'll find out is that it is hard to take out the zune once you put it in but for me i feel it is more secure in case you dropped it or left it open.
Good Service August 1, 2010 ox I received my first DLO zune jacket and it was damaged. I immediately notified the seller and they promptly shipped me a replacement which was in good condition. I recommend purchasing from this seller. The product has performed as inticipated and works well. As others have noted, the front of the zune does stick to the clear cover. Therefore, you need to use special care when removing the zune. Other than that it is a good purchase.
Wasn't the size I needed July 25, 2010 E. Jenkins (UD, PA) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I should've paid attention to the size. I need a fit for 80g and 120g. This is a 8g size. Go large or go back to a discman.
Tap don't slide July 17, 2010 Old Spice Man 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
First off, just got it today and used it for running an extremely long distance across the Sahara while simultaneously bench pressing a newborn calf. Hardly any slippage and was comfortable and did not chafe while I fought off the ravenous lions that were after said calf.
The Zune HD fit snugly and contrary to popular belief, it is not at all difficult to get out. All you need to do is push down from the top and then pull the zune out from the bottom. It's very similar to skinning a wolverine.
The only (minor) problem is that the plastic covering does its job too well(Just like Old Spice, but without the problem). While it prevents scratches and quite possibly gouges from fangs, it also prevents the touchscreen capabilities while sliding your finger across it.
My ingenious solution: Press the side button on the Zune that brings up the volume/pause/next track icons and tap the screen instead of sliding. This circumvents the screen lock sliding thing which would have prevented you from doing anything had you tried to "slide" while your Zune HD is in the case.
Now if you'll all excuse me, I need to go ride a horse. Backwards.
Two Things that you will definitely want to know July 17, 2010 Vic 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Here are the two things that I would most like to mention to potential buyers. First of all it is not very form fitting on your Zune. The Zune sits in the protective case in sort of a clumsy manner(sort of baggy) Also the plastic screen doesn't help with navigating the zune menus. So if your thinking "I can buy this product and have both a protective case for everyday use and a workout case at the same time" be aware that chances are you will not want to use this case for anything other than working out. In case you are wondering, the clumsy fit definitely lowers the zunes overall visual appeal.
Now for the second important thing. People mention that it can be difficult to remove the zune from this case. But I want to really stress this. Sometimes it can be REALLY REALLY difficult to remove it from the case. The glass screen of the Zune is in love with the plastic of this case and it dose not want to let go.
Other than that it does its job, but most likely you will feel like it is just an "Alright" case,
-Vic
